Does parasitic myoma come back after hysterectomy? Does it affect fertility??

This is something I’d definitely clarify before going ahead with a hysterectomy. From my own experience, I know how easy it is to focus so much on getting rid of the problem that fertility questions get pushed aside. Once the uterus is removed, carrying a pregnancy isn’t possible, so if having children is something you may want later, I’d have that conversation with the gynae before making any decision. It’s one of those things I’d rather ask about twice than regret not asking later.
