First IUI failed despite 3 mature follicles. Would you try another IUI or move to IVF?

I can see why you’re unsure after one failed IUI. I’ve been through the whole cycle of hoping, waiting and then getting a negative, and one failed attempt doesn’t automatically mean you need to jump straight to IVF. If your specialist thinks another 2 to 3 IUIs are reasonable based on your reports, I’d personally want to understand what they’re expecting to improve or achieve with the next attempts before deciding. The emotional side matters too, because doing repeated IUIs can feel exhausting when you’re already worried about losing time.
