I relate to this so much. I had days where I could barely sit through an appointment because of the pelvic pain, but the report still came back normal. That mismatch between what I was feeling and what kept showing up on paper was honestly the most frustrating part 🙁

That feeling is honestly so hard. 🙁 I remember having appointments where everything seemed to come back normal even though my body was telling me something wasn't right. It made me question myself more than anything else. Just because nothing obvious showed up that day doesn't mean your pain isn't real. Please don't let one appointment make you doubt what you're feeling.

I'm sorry you had that experience. Persistent pelvic pain deserves further evaluation, and if your symptoms continue despite being told everything looks normal, seeking a second opinion or consulting a specialist in chronic pelvic pain or endometriosis may be helpful.

I had this happen to me too. I remember walking into an appointment already dealing with deep pelvic pain, struggling just to sit and walk normally, and then hearing that everything looked fine. I left more confused than reassured because what I was feeling physically didn't match what I was being told from the scan. It took me more consultations before I finally got an adenomyosis diagnosis and understood that my symptoms were real even when one scan didn't seem to explain them.
