For me, heat and getting some rest helped take the edge off the pain. but I think it really depends on what’s causing the pain. If it keeps happening or is affecting daily life, I’d talk to a gynae about the treatment options rather than just relying on painkillers.

I had some pain come back after stopping the meds too. It wasn’t exactly the same as before surgery, but I definitely noticed it again. For me it took a little while to settle down.
