Hello everyone! I have a scheduled surgery in which I am supposed to get a robotic hysterectomy and excision surgery this Friday and I am currently compiling some questions that I can pose to the doctor regarding pre and post-op procedures. Any information regarding recovery tips or how long the procedure is expected to take would be really helpful.
I’m in the same boat with my surgery coming up, and honestly the recovery part is what I’m trying to prepare for more than the actual operation. I’d really want to know what people wish they had bought or arranged beforehand, how long they were genuinely out of action, and when they started feeling like themselves again. If anyone has had robotic hysterectomy with excision, I’d especially love to hear what the first week was actually like.
