I used to think PCOS only affected ovulation, but it can be a bit more complicated than that. From what I understood, PCOS mainly affects ovulation, but factors like hormones, insulin resistance and the overall environment around the egg can also influence egg quality. It really depends on the person and their individual fertility situation.
