What are the symptoms of PCOS, and how do they relate to insulin resistance?

not something ive gone thru myself so cant speak to it personally, mine's adeno so totally diff hormonal mess lol. but ive picked up bits from ppl in these groups, seems like irregular periods, acne, weight gain n excess hair growth are common n a lot of it ties back to how insulin resistance messes with hormone balance in the body. hope someone with actual pcos can give u the real picture, would be way more useful than what i know secondhand 🙏
